This piece is part of my Bookmark series, incorporating monochromatic prints of vintage book covers that are coloured with transparent glazes of oil paint and wax. The grisaille process has historic precedents, but here I give it a contemporary twist.
My paintings reflect the places I have visited and the colours, textures and shapes I find along the way. This series begin life as collage which is embedded in layers of wax before finishing with glazes of oil paint.
This painting has a waxed surface finish and is presented in a white wood floating frame. Use only a dry lint free cloth for dusting.

UK shipping is FREE. Orders will be packed and shipped within 5-10 working days. All UK orders are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Tracked.

Returns Policy
If you receive your piece and it is not as you had expected, you have up to 14 days to contact me and request a refund. All return packing and postage is the responsibility of the customer. Once the piece has been safely returned I will refund payment within 14 days.
All orders are carefully packed and wrapped. However, if you receive a painting that has been damaged in transit, please contact me within 7 days with a photograph.
Please note I am unable to offer any refunds or returns on International and EU orders.
